Lugeini Privacy Policy
Lugeini is a retro music player app for Android and iPhone made by DEXUN INC ("we"). You don't need an account to use it, and we don't collect personal data. From version 1.0.1 the app sends anonymous usage counts (section 5), which cannot identify you. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.
1. What stays on your phone
- Your tapes, CDs and records, their labels, and your settings are stored only on your device.
- Music files you import from your phone are played on your device and never uploaded.
- Microphone: Lugeini uses the microphone only when you press the record key to tape a short voice intro. The recording is saved on your device only. It is not uploaded and is not included in shared links.
2. Apple Music
- When you search for songs, the app sends your search words directly to Apple's public music search service. Apple receives the search words and your IP address under Apple's Privacy Policy.
- If you choose "Connect Apple Music", you sign in on Apple's own page. We never see your Apple Account or password. Apple gives the app a playback token, which stays on your device and is used only to play full songs.
- Our server gives the app a developer token, which lets it use Apple Music. This request contains no personal data.
3. Sharing a tape
When you share a tape, the app creates a link. All the tape's contents go after the "#" in that link: song IDs and titles, the label, and the names and message you typed. That part of a link is never sent to our server; your friend's browser reads it on their device. Anyone you give the link to can see this content, so share it only with people you choose.
4. Our server
The listening page and the Apple Music developer token are served from t.dexunshort.com, hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, and keeps it for a short time under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not keep our own logs, and we do not build profiles.
5. Anonymous usage statistics
To learn which features people use and improve the app, Lugeini (version 1.0.1 and later) sends a small, anonymous message to our server when you do certain things, such as opening the app, switching machines or colors, searching Apple Music, or sharing a tape. Each message contains only:
- the action's name and a short value (for example "switched to CD player");
- the platform (Android or iOS), the app language and the app version;
- the country, worked out by Cloudflare from the connection.
The message contains no name, account, device ID, advertising ID, IP address, song titles, or anything you typed. Our server does not store IP addresses. It only adds 1 to a daily counter for that combination, so we can see totals like "120 people opened the app in Japan today", but never what any one person did. These counts are not linked to you, are not used for advertising, and are not shared with anyone. We use our own server on Cloudflare for this, not a third-party analytics service.
6. What we don't do
No accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, no tracking across other apps or websites, no contacts or location access. We don't sell or share personal data.
7. Children
Lugeini is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
8. Deleting your data
Everything Lugeini keeps is on your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data, deletes it. Nothing about you is stored on our servers; the anonymous daily counts in section 5 cannot be traced back to you. To stop using Apple Music in Lugeini, you can also remove access in your Apple Account settings.
9. Changes and contact

Lugeini 隱私權政策
Lugeini 是 DEXUN INC（「我們」）為 Android 與 iPhone 推出的復古音樂播放 App。使用時不需要註冊帳號，我們也不收集個人資料。自 1.0.1 版起，App 會傳送無法識別您身分的匿名使用次數（見第 5 節）。本政策說明您使用 App 時，相關資訊如何處理。
1. 只存在您手機上的資料
- 您的磁帶、CD、唱片、標籤文字與設定，只儲存在您的裝置上。
- 從手機匯入的音樂檔案只在您的裝置上播放，不會上傳。
- 麥克風：只有在您按下錄音鍵、錄一段開場白時才會使用麥克風。錄音只存在您的裝置上，不會上傳，也不會放進分享連結。
2. Apple Music
- 搜尋歌曲時，App 會把搜尋字詞直接送到 Apple 公開的音樂搜尋服務。Apple 會依其隱私權政策收到搜尋字詞與您的 IP 位址。
- 如果您選擇「連接 Apple Music」，登入是在 Apple 自己的頁面完成，我們看不到您的 Apple 帳號或密碼。Apple 會給 App 一個播放憑證，只存在您的裝置上，用來播放完整歌曲。
- 我們的伺服器會提供 App 一個開發者憑證，讓 App 能使用 Apple Music。這個請求不含任何個人資料。
3. 分享磁帶
分享磁帶時，App 會產生一個連結。磁帶的全部內容都放在連結的「#」後面，包括歌曲編號與名稱、標籤，以及您輸入的名字和留言。連結的這一部分不會傳到我們的伺服器，而是由好友的瀏覽器在他的裝置上讀取。拿到連結的人都看得到這些內容，請只分享給您想分享的人。
4. 我們的伺服器
收聽頁面與 Apple Music 開發者憑證由 t.dexunshort.com 提供，架設在 Cloudflare。為了傳送頁面並維護服務安全，Cloudflare 會依其隱私權政策處理 IP 位址、瀏覽器類型等基本技術資料，並短期保存。我們自己不保留紀錄，也不建立使用者檔案。
5. 匿名使用統計
為了了解大家常用哪些功能、把 App 做得更好，Lugeini（1.0.1 版起）在您進行某些操作時，例如開啟 App、切換機器或配色、搜尋 Apple Music、分享磁帶，會傳一則很小的匿名訊息到我們的伺服器。每則訊息只包含：
- 操作名稱和一個簡短的值（例如「切換到 CD 隨身聽」）；
- 平台（Android 或 iOS）、App 語言與 App 版本；
- 國家（由 Cloudflare 依連線判斷）。
訊息中沒有姓名、帳號、裝置編號、廣告識別碼、IP 位址、歌曲名稱，也沒有您輸入的任何文字。我們的伺服器不儲存 IP 位址，只把該組合的當日計數加 1，所以我們看得到「今天日本有 120 人開啟 App」這類總數，但永遠看不到任何一個人做了什麼。這些統計不會與您連結、不用於廣告，也不會分享給任何人。統計使用我們自己在 Cloudflare 上的伺服器，而不是第三方分析服務。
6. 我們不做的事
沒有帳號、沒有廣告、沒有第三方數據分析或追蹤 SDK，不跨其他 App 或網站追蹤，也不存取通訊錄或位置。我們不販售、不分享個人資料。
7. 兒童
Lugeini 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會在知情的情況下收集兒童資料。
8. 刪除資料
Lugeini 保存的資料都在您的裝置上。刪除 App 或清除 App 資料，就會一併刪除。我們的伺服器上沒有任何關於您的資料；第 5 節的匿名每日計數無法追溯到您。若不想再讓 Lugeini 使用 Apple Music，也可以到 Apple 帳號設定中移除授權。
